All information is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed. Prices, availability, dimensions, HOA fees, taxes, amenities, and specifications may change without notice. Buyers should independently verify all details.

For pre-construction and new-development projects, renders, floor plans, and images are illustrative and may differ from the finished product. Prices, unit availability, delivery dates, and sales figures are provided by the developer and may change at any time without notice.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell. Any purchase of a development unit is made directly with the developer under the developer's own contract, and buyers should review that contract with their own legal counsel before signing.

Use of this website does not, by itself, create an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and Vallarta Listings.

Such a relationship exists only when a formal written representation agreement has been executed between the parties.

Prices may be displayed in both US dollars and Mexican pesos. Converted figures are estimates based on a periodically updated exchange rate and are provided for convenience only. The currency and amount stated in the applicable purchase or rental contract are the ones that govern.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in breach of these terms, for unlawful purposes, or in a way that harms the site or other users.

By submitting a property or any content for publication, you represent and warrant that you own the content or are authorized to use and publish it — including all photographs — and that the information you provide is accurate and does not infringe any third party's rights.

You grant Vallarta Listings a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and promote the submitted content on the site and in our marketing, including online advertising, for as long as the listing is published.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your listing. We may edit, reject, or remove any submitted listing at any time and at our sole discretion, and we will honor requests to remove your own listing.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to scrape or bulk-extract its content or data, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation.

All branding, logos, photography, website content, market reports, and visual assets are the property of Vallarta Listings or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, notify us at barbara@vallartalistings.com with details of the work and its location on the site, and we will review and respond promptly.

The site may link to third-party websites and services, including developer sites, WhatsApp, and social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the State of Jalisco. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México.
