When you create an account using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

When you create an account with an email address and password, we store your email and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store or see your password in plain text.

When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method (including WhatsApp), and details about the property or service you are interested in.

We also store the properties you save to your account, your saved searches, and a history of the inquiries and tour requests you make.

If you submit a property for publication on our marketplace, we collect your contact details, information about the property, and the photos you provide. The listing content you submit — including property details, photos, and the contact information you choose to display — is published publicly on the site once approved.

We may also assign you a reference or agent code and send you emails about the status of your submission (for example, a confirmation when it is received and a notice when it goes live).

You may request that your listing be corrected or removed at any time using the contact details below.

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, arrange property viewings, and provide real estate advisory services.

Inquiry and contact details are stored in our customer relationship (CRM) system so our advisors can follow up and keep an accurate record of our conversations with you.

We send transactional emails related to your activity on the site — such as confirmations of inquiries or property submissions and notices about your account or listings.

With your consent, we may send you occasional updates about new listings, market insights, or events. You can opt out of these at any time.

If you choose WhatsApp or phone as your preferred contact method, we use the number you provide to reach you through those channels. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Listing information on this site comes from our own database and from third parties — developers, owners, partner agents, and other sources. Property details, images, and availability are provided by those parties and may be updated or removed at any time. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party listing data.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

We use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads. These tools set cookies and share usage data — such as pages visited and actions taken — with Google and Meta, who may combine it with other information they hold about you.

You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie controls, Google's Ads Settings and opt-out tools, and Meta's Ad Preferences. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

Your selected language (English or Spanish) and currency display preference are stored locally in your browser so we can show the site the way you prefer on your next visit. This information stays on your device.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business work — such as Google (authentication and analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), our website hosting and database providers, our email provider, and WhatsApp — and only to the extent needed to provide our services.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Our website hosting and database providers are located in the United States, so your information is processed and stored there as well as in Mexico. Many of our clients are based in the United States, Canada, and elsewhere; wherever your information is handled, we take steps to protect it consistently with this policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and maintain our business records. Inquiry and transaction records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to those who need it.

Our site and services are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or limit its use; and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. In Mexico, these are your ARCO rights under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

To exercise them, email us at the address below with your name, a way to verify your identity, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 20 business days, as the law provides.

If you are visiting from the United States, Canada, or elsewhere, we honor equivalent requests regarding your personal information under the same procedure.

When we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or a notice on the site.
