Who can join?
Tours are open to buyers and real estate agents with advance registration. If you already work with an agent, mention it in your request.
Do we visit properties inside?
Visits to selected properties are planned, subject to availability and authorization. We will confirm the options before the tour.
How much is it, and how do I pay?
The tour costs USD 80 plus 16% IVA (USD 92.80 in total). It is one payment per tour, not per person, and the same in any of the six areas. You pay by card, when you send your request or later with the link we send you. If the date changes, the tour is rescheduled; the payment is not refundable.
Are dates or transport set?
The date, format and details of each departure are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Where does the tour start?
At the Vallarta Listings office, Plaza Neptuno Local 9, Marina Vallarta. Water and coffee are included in the welcome.
Can I ask for a tour in English?
Yes. Tell us your preferred language when you contact us so we can arrange it and confirm availability.
