Where is The Lighthouse?
At Av. México 330, Colonia Vallarta 750, in Puerto Vallarta's Fluvial zone, right beside the UVC campus. Galerías Vallarta, Walmart and Playa de Oro are about six minutes by car; the Marina ten, and the airport twelve.
What is the Lock-Off system?
It divides your residence into two units with their own entrances. Let both separately, live in one and let the other, or keep it as one home. If you don't want it, it can be disabled in your residence, with a discount on the base price.
How much does a residence cost?
Prices and today's availability are shared privately — leave your details and an advisor will send the current list. The base plan is 5% down, 10% spread over up to 18 months interest-free, and 85% on delivery; ask about current early-payment discounts. Terms are the developer's and may change.
When is delivery?
Estimated for July 2027. Construction began in October 2024, by Diseño y Gestión Inmobiliaria — twenty-eight years building, and the works are self-financed.
Is parking included?
Yes. Cruise includes one space; Venture, Explore and Journey two; Quest three. The vehicle entrance has a gatehouse and controlled access, with 24/7 security and CCTV.
Can I buy as a foreigner?
Yes. In Puerto Vallarta, foreign buyers hold title through a bank trust (fideicomiso). We guide the whole purchase — USD arrangements, setting up the trust, and closing.
