Agent directory
How to appear in the agent directory
It is free and takes about ten minutes. Whether you work in Vallarta or anywhere else in Mexico.
The four steps
1
Create your account
Sign in with Google or with your email. With email you get a link: open it and press Confirm. Choose “I list properties” as the account type.
2
Fill in your profile
Your name, a photo, your brokerage, the languages you speak, your WhatsApp and a few lines about you. Only the name is required, but a profile with a photo gets more enquiries.
3
Ask for verification
Every profile in the directory is verified. Pick the option that fits you (you can ask for both) and press Send application.
4
We email you
We review your application and send you the answer. If it is approved, your profile goes live at that moment: there is nothing else to do.
The two ways to be verified
AMPI Verified
If you are an AMPI member, in any section of the country.
- Type your section (Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Cancún, Guadalajara…).
- If your section publishes its associates, paste the link to your page.
- You send no documents: we check it with your section.
Vallarta Listings Verified
If you are not an AMPI member.
- Email your government photo ID to info@vallartalistings.com.
- Email proof that you work in real estate: a brokerage letter, a state licence or registration, or a certification such as CONOCER.
- Publish three properties that pass our review.
Once you are in
- Publish up to 10 properties free. Each one is reviewed before it goes out.
- Publishing your first property is when you accept the Advertiser Agreement. From then on, buyers' enquiries reach you by email and in your dashboard.
- You can edit your profile or hide it whenever you like.
