Academia Vallarta Listings offers specialized training for advisors, agents, administrators, property managers, and other real estate professionals. Programs are built on Competency Standards registered in CONOCER's National Registry of Competency Standards — the catalog that defines the knowledge, skills, performance, and attitudes required to carry out a given job function.
Training and evaluation processes are delivered and coordinated by Miguel Basave of MB Innovación y Negocios, in collaboration with Vallarta Listings and in accordance with the applicable accreditations of ICEMéxico and the Red CONOCER.

Miguel Basave
Instructor and specialist in training and evaluation of workplace competencies applied to the real estate sector. Miguel Basave takes part in preparing and supporting candidates who want to develop and accredit their professional competencies under the National Competency System's standards. Programs are delivered through MB Innovación y Negocios, in collaboration with Academia Vallarta Listings and per the applicable accreditations and procedures.
